Only my personal view, but with anything under 10k miles a year you’re probably better off with a petrol. It’s interesting, if you google any brand car model with a sunroof, you can find endless threads about leaks, most often due to blocked tubes! Plus 1 for CNC's comment. 35k in and had my Pirelli Scorpion fronts replaced last year at about 29k. Rear's still going strong.
