Re: Tiguan and Q5 Facelifts to be released this week.

I quite like the exterior, a big improvement on the current baseline models. However it won’t make the current R line versions look that outdated to be honest.

Interior cost cutting though with loss of seat back trays and also the cup holder sliding cover.

Re: Sound disabled Apple Car Play

I’ve noticed exactly the same, no sound response at all and the output is muted. I’ve found that if I go to the cars built in radio and get that playing, then back into CarPlay via the “App” button it all functions correctly again.

Re: Condensation in from indicators

Totally normal with the LED indicators. They do it under certain weather conditions.

Re: Petition To Remove 40K Tax

I have just done a price enquiry through Carwow on a Allspace SEL and it came back at a very reasonable £33k - but the retail price is £40060. So is the VED going to cost the extra £1500 over the next few years? Hi Tigasaki, Pop your build into the VW configurator, it will give you the list price f...

Re: Getting Seat Position Right

Had the same initial pain/ ache, but either I’ve finally found a suitable driving position or my leg is now used to the tiguan driving position. Eitherway I find driving the car really comfortable after a couple of months of ownership. Always had cars with low down seating positions, so had just pre...

Re: Steering Bias?

Just to bring this topic back up. From new my Allspace drove straight, but needed quite a bit of right steering input as a neutral position. So I just presumed that the steering wheel itself needed resetting. A couple of trips to the dealership and finally it’s set correctly. Turns out the wheel ali...

Coasting appears to be quite random. It coasts at 20mph though.

Re: Tiguan Allspace 1.5 TSI

I wanted to to test drive the 1.5 Tsi but the dealer said there was none available. Rung around everywhere. Prior to our current car (2016 BMW X1 25d xDrive 230bhp Auto) we had a 218i BMW Gran Tourer (3 cylinder petrol 128bhp), and that was horrible in terms of pulling and mpg. I was glad to get ri...

Re: Tiguan Allspace 1.5 TSI

Normally you’ll get plenty of responses to your question on here, but can’t remember anyone who’d ordered the 1.5 tsi Allspace sorry.
