Re: Petition To Remove 40K Tax
I have just done a price enquiry through Carwow on a Allspace SEL and it came back at a very reasonable £33k - but the retail price is £40060. So is the VED going to cost the extra £1500 over the next few years? Hi Tigasaki, Pop your build into the VW configurator, it will give you the list price f...

Re: Getting Seat Position Right
Had the same initial pain/ ache, but either I’ve finally found a suitable driving position or my leg is now used to the tiguan driving position. Eitherway I find driving the car really comfortable after a couple of months of ownership. Always had cars with low down seating positions, so had just pre...

Re: Steering Bias?
Just to bring this topic back up. From new my Allspace drove straight, but needed quite a bit of right steering input as a neutral position. So I just presumed that the steering wheel itself needed resetting. A couple of trips to the dealership and finally it’s set correctly. Turns out the wheel ali...

Re: Not liking the DSG in auto.
Coasting appears to be quite random. It coasts at 20mph though.

Re: Tiguan Allspace 1.5 TSI
I wanted to to test drive the 1.5 Tsi but the dealer said there was none available. Rung around everywhere. Prior to our current car (2016 BMW X1 25d xDrive 230bhp Auto) we had a 218i BMW Gran Tourer (3 cylinder petrol 128bhp), and that was horrible in terms of pulling and mpg. I was glad to get ri...

Re: Tiguan Allspace 1.5 TSI
Normally you’ll get plenty of responses to your question on here, but can’t remember anyone who’d ordered the 1.5 tsi Allspace sorry.

Re: Allspace R Line - Grey
Many thanks guys, it’s a cracking family car. Those extra 2 seats in on the 3rd row are great for transporting the family + grandparents to the pub.
Shame I’m the one driving as the wife can’t be trusted with the suzuka alloys (her own words)

Allspace R Line - Grey
After picking up my Allspace during last months torrential rain, then having a new baby boy arrive, finally been able to get the new car all clean and half detailed. Very much enjoying the Allspace, so much space inside. Going back for some remedial work with the steering wheel that’s not well align...

Re: Think Blue
Depends what type of driving you do. Cruise down the motorway at 70mph and I end up with a similar score, but great actual MPG. Just now I’ve driven down tight country lanes, lots speed changes. With that I ended up with a high score (for lots of coasting etc) but poor MPG. Nice idea, but bit of a g...
