Re: How to hardwire a dashcam

Not refitting my PMP for my Blackvue today as I wanted to make sure the stop/start is working without it in place. Just done 15 miles including 10 miles of motorway driving and still not working. I get the car has to be up to temp etc but surely it should be working by now? Anyway, now going in on W...

Re: How to hardwire a dashcam

I've managed to hardwire my Viofo A129 duo with no issues (except for loss of radio signal which is another matter altogether). My DAB reception is shocking with my Blackvue front and rear camera installed, however I don't think that's linked to the hardwire kit. Drove 45 miles on Sat with cameras ...

Re: How to hardwire a dashcam

Which I did answer: I'll check which way round I had the fuses and reinstall this weekend. I'll also lo...

Re: How to hardwire a dashcam

What is this obsession with stop start nothing else turns off when engine stops does it except what is programmed to do so in certain situations If you install it as i and autoinstruct show you nothing will happen as I said in my previous post. Jumper it off fuse like I said and it wont affect anyt...

Re: How to hardwire a dashcam

This is what I have for my Blackvue front and rear cameras but i'd be interested to know what the fuses i am piggy backing off of control in the car, not sure those in the green boxes above are called out in the manual? Reason I want to know is with the hardwire kit for my camera my stop start does...

Do you get red callipers with the high output petrol?

I'm considering a set of Golf GTI callipers as they are a straight swap for the fronts but will need new backing plates for the rears.
Nope
