Not including the sunroof.
But after reading a lot of threads on another forum about general rattles or creaks and squeaks on the MK1, anyone on here have any on their new tig?

Beagler, Mines also rattle free, when I'm on my own ;) - hope I'm not tempting fate

It is a surprisingly quiet car for its size & I've got a dog guard fitted (that unusually doesn't rattle) but when the dogs are in the back, rattles take 5th place.

To be fair to the earlier posters rattles should not occur and I wish you luck getting them sorted

I have to say this car is a different animal to my Mk1 Tiguan. Its incredibly smooth on the road and a good deal quieter particularly insulated from road noise. If I look underneath there are some major differences in suspension design and the insulating panels on the underside obviously work well.

I hate to say this, but I notice using the manual fan control using the max fan speed generates a wierd noise then I dont like.

None to report yet and as my wife will testify , rattles are my pet hate . Just a note on rattles, I had 2 mk1 Tiguans and in the rear arm rest my son would put his juice bottle and it would rattle about and annoy me but on the new one the cup holders are rubber so this takes away the plastic on plastic rattle . Good work vw

My TIG SEL DSG 4motion has developed an annoying Metallic type of rattle that sounds to be coming from around the rear seats. Tried repositioning seats etc and no joy. Anybody any ideas or having similar issue? It's driving me crackers!

Has the parcel shelf / rear boot shelf come loose out of its positioning slightly - not clicked back into one of the slots correctly (not sure how it works on the Tig yet, but I had this with my Vectra where the parcel shelf hadn't clicked into its slot properly?

Has anyone had coins in their pocket when they got in the back seat of the car, but haven't anymore? :)

Yeah, I've pulled them out and repositioned. I thought it may be my sons car seat (isofix) but I've checked that. Part of me is wondering if it's it's the pan sunroof blind that's clicking when the cars moving.
