I seem to be getting different results for the correct Bosch Aerotwin front wiper set for my 2020 1.5 TSi EVO SEL DSG Tiguan.

I have measured the existing original front set and they are 630mm/555mm.

Searching by Registration Number I am getting results for the correct Bosch product as follows :-
A864S - (650mm/450mm)
A639S - (650mm/530mm)

Can anyone please advise?

Vast majority (including me) use the A639S

On my 2019 SEL I use A639S for the front and A383H for the rear.

Strange you are getting 2 variants
I would measure the passenger side blade to confirm

I just bought Bosch AP22U and AP26U for my 2016 (MK2) Tiguan. Slightly different mount included but it was still compatible.
