The DAB on my head unit stopped working for a time yesterday. By "stopped working" I mean, it vanished and I was left with FM and AM settings in the bottom left of the screen like the 80s.

I suspect that if it temporarily can't get a signal it hides the option but this doesn't feel like a great solution. Is there any setting to stop this from happening? I don't mind if it goes quiet for a period of time because a DAB blackspot never lasts long, but "disappearing" it completely seems a bit much.

Hi slowingdown

I believe that is as designed.

There is an option under setting to automatically switch between the dab station and fm station if the dab signal drops, then switch back to the dab signal when it's back in range (happens automatically with no interruptions to what your listening too).

This is fine if you are listening to something that has both dab and fm stations (BBC channels) but if it's a Dab only station your onto plumbs
