Resetting to "Factory Defaults" should clear all settings from the infotainment unit. You can manually remove all destinations from the Sat nav.
Out of curiosity, what model Audi lured you away from the Tiguan?

I must admit, from an engineering and finish point of view, I do admire the way Audis are put together.
My son has a 2017 Audi S1 and he couldn't be happier.
