I bought it from the online dealer cinch and have until friday I think to reject it.

I would get them to resolve the issues or reject it.

I spoke to them and they offered to get halfords to look at the issues.

What are these codes about? Are they indicators of bad issues? Are they not resolvable?

If thats their answer then reject it, there are a lot of decent Tiguan's out there.

I know it is my decision, all I want is to confirm that those pressure figures are within range and are correct, if I accept the car I will definitely take the extended warranty with them

I would check the wording with a Cinch warranty, a simple search online finds some people who have had issues with them even after buying their extended warranty.
