Can anyone help, I have a 2018 Tiguan se, since purchasing vehicle in 2023 I have to add coolant approx every 6 weeks, it’s been into Marshall’s and they cannot find a leak, now I have started putting coolant in every 4 days, it’s back in Marshall’s and again can’t find a leak, it’s been pressure tested to approx 2 bar with approx 3% dropped in 20 minutes which is apparently acceptable, had previously had dye put into the system again by Marshall's showing no leaks, amongst other serious issues, gear box, prop shaft and 1 dif, has anyone had similar issues (I’ve had a 2013 Tiguan r line previously and had no issues with the coolant system or anything else) has the quality gone down that far. I wait with anticipation for the outcome as the car is in Marshall’s as I type.

This is just my thought.
If there is no visible leak, it could be a small head gasket issue and the heat of the engine is evaporating this amount of loss when expansion occurs
Unsure if the pressure test would actually show this

Marshalls should be able to check this
Many years ago, if the leak was really apparent, you could see this on the dipstick as oil and water don't mix
