Winter wash

Post by Jeremy_SWE » Sun Jan 12, 2020 3:30 pm

Had an unusually warm winter day here today so gave the Tig a good wash. Won’t be long before it’s filthy again no doubt :(
Anyhow, nothing better than a sparkling clean white car.

Good work! For myself having had a white car in the family once before, I vowed never again due to the fact that I am the designated car cleaner, and I found it soul destroying in winter to put in so much effort, only to be destroyed by the salt from one short journey!
Ditto black cars....look great in the showroom but I just can't live with another one.
R-Line Tech 230 petrol, indium grey + side scan.
Used to have SEL 150 4WD DSG Caribbean blue. Added keyless entry / auto tailgate, voice control, sports suspension, park assist / rear camera.

Nice clean car did you get frosty fingers lol

On my previous vehicle I used the chemical guys butter wet wax after cleaning with a waterless wash and wax namely showroom shine. Both contain carnauba and I find these products easy and provide excellent results however im too warm to do mine at present lol
