Clutch problems VW Tiguan Allspace 2.0 TDI (manual)

Post by p.nedela » Tue Feb 11, 2020 9:29 am

Hello all,
I have problem with my car, I think that the issue is in the clutch.
I dont have video now but I will try explain.

When Im driving on the highway and I'm trying to overtake a cars, my Tiguan will loose power.
Example
Gear 4 (about 4 thousand rpm), on the dashboard you can see nr.4 but then out of nowhere the car will loose power and the nr.4 disappears from the dashboard.
It looks like that the car shifted to neutral automatically (but I have manual).
I have to release the pedal and I must depress the accelerator pedal again - after that the car start working again (gear 4).
I see this problem most often when I have mode Sport (this problem is not always - 2x or 3x per day).

BTW
First issue with clutch after half a year (clutch stay down) - first service - lot of parts replaced
Second issue with clutch 3 months before (the clutch pedal returned very quickly (a bumps)) - bearing replacement and air discharge
Third issue with my clutch 1 month before (metallic sound when shifting) - broken spring

The problem what I prescribed above I see after first repair.
When I make a video I will save it here.
Thank you for your help.

Added video (5-10sec)
It looks like that motor loose power - like some speed limiter.
It is very unpleasant during overtaking

Thank you for your help.
