But the 245 only available in R Line - that sucks, the 230 was in both R Line and SEL. So if you want top engine and kit you will have to spec the R Line up instead of being able to pick the Elegance which is better value for money.

TBH, I was looking at the R-Line regardless of engine, but it is a shame that the engines are not available on the elegance. I was interested in the hybrid, but when I checked the european trim level, its just one trim and not available on the other trims. I dont understand this mentality, if a car is being built to order, unless they have a specific production line per trim, (which would not be the case) then why limit the customer choices? Surely this could only push potential customers away. For example. I noticed that the Cupra Formentor hybrid still looks as sporty as the full fat performance model.
