Hi can anyone else with this option check, I have this fitted but I don't think its working, as per the instruction manual (see pic) it shows a button control like similar to the heated front seats but mines only has the button not the 3 led's to indicate the setting

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the heated seats were only available with the leather seat option. Do you have leather seating fitted?

No it's an option for fabric or leather

OK thanks.
I don't see why they would fit a button and no leds since it doesn't make sense. I would visit the dealer and get it checked if you think the seats are not working. My passengers tell me mine works, but I don't recall whether I have the leds.

I have the LEDS
Thanks Collidog

Are the LED the same as the front heated seats?

You can disable the rear seats from the front so worth a check that hasn't been done :D
Where does it state that in the manual?

Hi, just joined here as I'm getting an R line but has anyone without heated seats tried removing the blanking plates(if there is any) to see if the wiring is there for the heated seats?

I've had a couple of CC's and the wiring and heating elements were already in the car. I just bought the switches and plugged them into the harness.

On the heater controls there is a menu button press that then on the bottom of the main screen you will see the rear seat lock if it's yellow press it to unlock
Hope that helps
Thanks, yes that does help alot, not very intuitive though I think. Surely if it's unlocked the padlock should disappear or show an unlocked symbol, personally I think the whole satnav and onboard info system is complete bug ridden mess. We've only had the car 2 months and it's going back to dealer on Friday for further updates to the SatNav and head unit.

I like the car but some things are really infuriating about it.

Anyways many thanks for clearing that up for me.

That's interesting to know. If you don't get a response and you do check yours when it comes, I would be interested to know this.
