Huawei HiLink app and Huawei E8372 LTE Wingle

I’ve just popped a 3Three 12GB data SIM into my Huawei E8372 LTE Wingle. The SIM I bought last year will expire tomorrow.

The Huawei HiLink app on my iPhone SE is still giving me the data usage stats for my old SIM card number. Error message is “Device disconnected” But it’s not because I’m running Car-Net and Apple CarPlay from it right now.

Please see image attached.

How do I tell the app to give me the usage data for my new SIM

I find that Huawei app very useful and until now, easy to use! :-)

if you log onto your sim providers website, for example 3, it will give you how much data you've used.

scrounger, yes thanks, but I knew about that option.

It worked very well for me before but I now have a new number that came with the new 12GB Data SIM
The 3Three website only tells me that I've used 8GB on my old SIM which expired yesterday, which of course is of no help.

I think I'll have to "register"/create another account with 3Three again using my new number, right?
