So does anybody have the above where they have had diamond cut wheels repaired?

My wheels are immaculate but now it's a year old surely it's only a matter of time. What I don't want to do is take out insurance and then be told they won't repair a diamond cut wheel.

Sure I've read on here people who have insurance and can have "X" amount of claims across "X" amount.of years. That's probably the type of policy I'm looking for.

A search on here has called out tidy alloys wheel insurance. ÂŁ200 for 3 years, covers diamond cut wheels, ÂŁ2000 claim limit across the 36 months, no limit to number of claims in a year, no excess, day 1 cover.

Just wonder if anyone has used them and had a successful claim? Like warranty companies they are only ever any good when they actually payout.

I bought alloy and tyre insurance for my Tiguan, I'm on and off building sites and the run flats fitted to my car made me go for the tyre option as well (through Total Loss Gap).

Paid ÂŁ400 for them combined, haven't made any claims yet as I've only done 1,500 miles due to lockdown.

Yes, I have alloy and tyre insurance and this week i have sucessfully claimed for a minor scuff on my 20" alloys. Very straight forward process
Which company did you use?
I used Total loss gap. However when I called to claim it appears they are now Spectrum Insurance Services.

Just a heads up, you have to call them if you have the car already, the on line quote will tell you to call.
