Blind spot sensor

Hi all, sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn't find it.
Having collected my Tiguan on Friday, I'm still getting used to it, I have noticed though that it doesn't seem to have blind spot notification when someone is alongside me, I'm pretty sure I read that it did have this. Can anyone help?

Ah! No I don't have that window and I didn't select it as an option! I'm not that bothered about it and wouldn't have paid for it as an option. At least I know now though. Thank you.
